Returns & Refunds Policy

Advanced Cellular Science by Bee and Coastal Minerals by Bee do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind.

Please review all product details and ingredients on our website before purchasing. If you have any concerns or require the full list of inactive ingredients, please contact us prior to ordering so we can provide them.

Patch Testing

You must patch test our products for 48 hours prior to use.

Exceptions

We will consider returns or refunds only in the following situations:

•  The product arrives damaged

•  The product is faulty or defective

•  A severe allergic reaction occurs

Damaged or Faulty Products

If your product arrives damaged or is faulty, please contact us with photos and your order details within 7 days of delivery. We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund. In these cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

Severe Allergic Reactions

In the rare case of a severe allergic reaction, we may assess the situation on a case-by-case basis. To be eligible, you must:

•  Contact us within 24 hours of the reaction occurring

•  Stop using the product immediately

•  Provide clear photos of the reaction along with your batch number

•  Obtain medical confirmation from a dermatologist or GP who specialises in skin conditions verifying the reaction is linked to our product

Important Note

Allergic reactions are considered individual sensitivities rather than a product defect. Under Australian Consumer Law and the Therapeutic Goods Act, we are not legally required to provide a refund or replacement in these cases. We reserve the right to assess each case individually.
